just follow the steps below:
1) click heartbeat
2) click icon heartbeat
3) click create account
4) fill in your password,email & address
5) click checkbox "I Agree"
6) click continue
7) click Join HB!Affiliate
8) click online application and fill in the information
9) then you click My HB!Affiliate to get the code
10) click get a code
11) paste the code into your blog
12) DONE!!!
